The new Mini Catalog is now live and I can’t wait to introduce a brand new bundle, called Winterly Treetops, and show you a beautiful card idea using it. I also can’t wait to show you the new embossing folder that I am also going to use!
The Nests of Winter Suite Collection is a perfectly peaceful collection of card making and paper crafting goods for winter or year-round use!
With adorable birds and organic textures and tones, you’ll love creating Christmas and holiday cards for your favorite people with this collection. Each item specially coordinates with one another. Some of the dies also directly coordinate with one of the bird paper designs!
Today I have a lovely card idea that uses the Winterly Treetops bundle - which is included in the above collection or you can purchase it separately.
The stamp set features gorgeous hand-sketched birds perched on branches and friendly sentiments great for winter or all year long.
Instead of using the Nests of Winter paper (part of the collection), however, I am going to pair the bundle with the Season of Green & Gold paper:
I love all the greens in this paper and that I can use Very Vanilla instead of Basic White. Sometimes a little change can be a good thing, right?
To match the plaid in the paper, I thought it would be fun to use my new Forever Plaid embossing folder:
The 3D texture ensures a deep impression of the classic plaid design, great for background and accent pieces on holiday, winter, and Christmas designs.
Here's my card - watch my video below for step by step instructions and for my bonus tips.
Here's what you need to make this card:
Supplies
Stamp set: Winterly Treetops (bundle: 164066)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper and cutting dimensions: Very Vanilla: 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"; 3 3/4" x 3"; 3 1/2" x 2 3/4" Old Olive: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"; 3 1/4" x 3 6/8" Season of Green & Gold: (3) 1/2" x 4 1/8"
A couple of weeks ago I shared that there is a craft fair coming soon and I showed you one of the 2 projects that I would be offering at my workshop table. Today I want to show you my second card idea. It is a stunner and is super easy to create.
When I signed up for a craft fair table I decided that I wanted to take one stamp set and how everyone how easy it is to make 2 completely different card ideas with it. I chose the Changing Leaves stamp set.
Yes, I could take the whole bundle to the craft show but I challenged myself to only use the stamp set, inks and paper. And I did it!

Did you know that Stampin’ Up! has released several new products that are only available online? Today I want to introduce one of the fabulous bundles and coordinating gorgeous paper. Both are perfect for many different occasions.
Here’s one of these new products, called Golden Greenery.
It was designed for making beautiful swags, wreaths, and other green designs, either with the traditional bell stamps or alone. I like that the die pack has outline dies but also several springs and leaves dies for layering and adding visual interest.
The bundle has coordinating paper called Season of Green & Gold, also available only online. This pack is appropriately named because of the mix of greens and the gold foil.
These paper designs are sure to set your Christmas crafts apart from the rest! This paper is perfect for holiday cards and gift tags, but the timeless designs work for year-round projects, too. Product colors: Garden Green, gold, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Pecan Pie, Very Vanilla

In a world overrun by digital schedules and apps, the charm of bullet journaling has captivated me. Bullet journaling is more than just a method of tracking tasks and goals; it's a creative outlet that brings structure and personal expression together in a beautifully customizable way.
Here's why I love bullet journaling:
1. Organization and Productivity
Bullet journaling is an organizational system. Created by Ryder Carroll the bullet journal (or BuJo) method helps you keep track of your daily tasks, monthly goals, long-term plans, and everything in between. It combines elements of a to-do list, a diary, and a planner, allowing you to structure your life in a way that suits your personal needs. By keeping everything in one place, you can streamline your planning process and boost productivity.
2. Customization to Fit Your Life
Unlike pre-printed planners, a bullet journal is completely customizable. Each page can be designed to serve your unique requirements and creative tastes. Whether you need a page for tracking your fitness goals, a spread for meal planning, or a log for your reading list, you have the freedom to create layouts that work best for you. This level of personalization ensures that your journal is a true reflection of your lifestyle and priorities.
3. Encouraging Mindfulness and Reflection
Bullet journaling is not just about organizing your tasks; it's also a powerful tool for mindfulness. By setting aside time each day or week to review and plan, you create a routine that encourages reflection. You can track your moods, jot down gratitudes, or note personal achievements. This practice can help you gain insights into your habits and thoughts, promoting a deeper sense of self-awareness and well-being.
4. A Creative Outlet
One of my favorite aspects of bullet journaling is the freedom to decorate each page using your crafting supplies. Here's how you can indulge your artistic side with your bullet journal:
Washi Tape and Stickers: Add pops of color and fun to your pages with washi tape and stickers. These simple additions can make even the most mundane task list feel exciting.
Hand Lettering and Calligraphy: Enhance your headers and titles with beautiful hand lettering. Practicing calligraphy can be a relaxing activity and adds a personal touch to your journal.
Doodles and Sketches: Fill the margins with doodles, sketches, or small illustrations that make your journal uniquely yours. Whether you're an experienced artist or a beginner, drawing in your BuJo can be a soothing and enjoyable practice.
Color Coding: Use colored pens and markers to differentiate between types of tasks or events. This not only makes your journal visually appealing but also helps you quickly identify important information.
Scrapbooking Elements: Incorporate photos, ticket stubs, or pressed flowers into your journal. These elements can make your BuJo a keepsake full of memories, not just a planner.
Stamped and Die-cut Elements: Incorporate your stamps and/or die-cuts to add color, texture and visual interest to your layouts. Mix and match, try plain cardstock or designer series paper.
5. Flexibility and Adaptability
Life is unpredictable, and so are your planning needs. One of the greatest strengths of a bullet journal is its adaptability. You can change your layouts from month to month, or even week to week, based on what you find most effective. This flexibility means that your journal evolves with you, accommodating shifts in your life, workload, and priorities without the constraints of a pre-printed planner.
6. Building a Tangible Record of Your Life
In our digital age, many of our memories are stored in the cloud. A bullet journal offers a tangible, physical record of your life that you can hold, flip through, and keep on a shelf. It becomes a personal artifact that you can look back on in years to come, reflecting on your growth, achievements, and experiences.
Here's a fun idea to try in your bujo, using the Changing Leaves bundle and the Full of Life designer series paper:
Here's the cover page I created. To see the other August pages, watch the video below!
Supplies
Stamp set: Changing Leaves (bundle: 164139)

Paper and cutting dimensions Full of Life: 6" x 6"; various scraps using colors you love
Misc: Bullet Journal (or similar); Multipurpose Liquid Glue; Colored Markers (similar to Crayola Supertips); Full of Life Designer Series Paper (163357)
Here's my video:
Bullet journaling is much more than a way to keep track of your tasks—it's a multifaceted tool that promotes productivity, mindfulness, creativity, and personal expression. The freedom to decorate each page with crafting supplies adds a layer of joy and creativity that can transform your planning process into a cherished daily ritual. Whether you're a seasoned bullet journalist or a curious beginner, embracing this practice can lead to a more organized, mindful, and creatively fulfilling life.
There are hundreds of ideas for bullet journaling that you can find on Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube. If you think that you want to give this a try, have a look at these sites and prepare to be wowed. My suggestion is to start small and don’t be overwhelmed by what you will see online. Remember this is your journal your way.

This week I have a unique fun fold to share with you, one that creates 2 pockets in 1 card. I am super excited to show you this fun idea!
For my project I will be using the Adventurous Sky bundle.
Each of the sketched planes and clouds, textured metal images, and sentiments in this stamp set are perfect for all-occasion, birthday, Father’s Day, and appreciation cards and paper crafts.
These aircraft and cloud-shaped dies help you design biplanes with propellers and banners for your projects. Or die cut clouds for a textured background element.
To create my fun fold I am going to use the corresponding Take to the Sky designer series paper.
These maps, blueprints, textured clouds, and sketched planes are fitting for aviation, military, outdoor, or adventure-themed cards and crafts.
Tip: Use the planes and clouds as backgrounds, or fussy cut around the topographical map lines and plane blueprints for a fun focal point.
Here's my card:

Hello fellow crafters! I bought a new set of dies and I can’t wait to show you this fun card idea using them.
These are the Pocket Thoughts Dies. You can get them bundled with a stamp set but I chose to purchase them separately becauseI immediately saw so many uses for them using the supplies I already have.
As the name already indicates, these dies allow you to add fun pockets in different sizes to your paper crafts and these pockets can hold gift cards, money, and anything else you like!
I choose to use some left-over bits of the Perennial Lavender paper to make my card a real stand-out. Yes! You can still buy this paper at my online store.
The hand-painted designs were inspired by fields of wild lavender and the wildflowers that grow right alongside it. Use these lovely sheets as a background image or die-cut pieces to use as an accent for your card making projects, which is what I will do for today's project.
The steps to make my card are super easy. All you have to do is watch the video below - you will also get to see the inside of the card!
Here's what you need to gather together to make this project at home.
Paper and cutting dimensions: Basic White: 2" x 3 1/4" Perennial Lavender: 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"; 3" x 4" (pocket); 1 3/4" x 2 1/2; 4 1/2" x 1" (card inside); scraps for stem on insert Fresh Freesia: 2 1/4" x 3"; 2 1/8" x 3 3/8"; scraps for flowers Crumb Cake: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"

And here's my video - be sure to watch all the way through for my bonus tips and to see the inside of the card.
Hi fellow crafters! Today I have a really cool textured background idea to share. This technique will take your cards to the next level!
For my project I am using the Friends for Life bundle:
The set includes a variety of sentiments that can be used individually or together to create a perfectly personalized message. The different fonts and sizes make it fun to mix and match.
The dies feature a large heart shape with a patterned interior, which we will be using on today’s card plus a variety of smaller hearts that make cute accent pieces. Use either of the sentiment die cuts as the focal point of your card or tag. I am going to be using this leaf die to create today’s background technique so let’s get started.
To add a touch of color to my card I chose a pattern in the Full of Life Designer Series Paper pack - so yummy!
To create today's technique, please watch the video below. And watch for my bonus tips and designs ideas throughout.
Here's my card:

It's Father's Day today in many countries so I want to wish all those special men in your life a very happy day!
If you are looking for a last minute card idea, I have a really fun one to show you, using the Trucking Along bundle:
Use the Trucking Along set to build and load a paper truck filled with flowers, trees, gifts, and more. I love that there's something for every season of the year; the sentiments work for Christmas and other occasions, so you can use this set all year long - which makes it a great value.
Use the coordinating punch to create one truck or to build a fleet which is what today's card features! Here's a fun tip: punch once and get all pieces you need for your truck: the truck body, a wheel, a fender, and a window.
Fun tip for future cards: punch elements in different colors of cardstock or patterned paper to customize your truck!
As I don't need a Father's Day card today I used my Simply Said stamp set to create a masculine birthday card instead.
That's the beauty of today's card layout - you can change the phrase to suit the occasion you need!
Here's my card:
Here's what you need to make this card at home.
Supplies
Stamp set: Trucking Along (bundle with punch: 162306); Simply Said (163756)
Ink: Early Espresso; Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper and cutting dimensions: Pecan Pie: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"; (3) 3 3/4" x 1 3/4" Country Woods: 5 1/8" x 4 1/8" Early Espresso: 2 3/4" x 4 3/4" Basic White: 2 1/2" x 4 1/2"
Misc: Metal Plate embossing folder (160766); Multipurpose Liquid Glue; Country Woods designer series paper (163393)
Today I want to introduce an Annual Catalog bundle that is not just a stamp set and dies, but also a set of 5 masks too. I am going to show you how to use them on a piece of designer series paper. Want to see this cool technique?
Introducing the Layers of Beauty bundle:
Add eye-catching details to your paper crafts with this bundle! The set features a card-front-sized floral arrangement. It's perfect for using different coloring tools and creating something unique for each recipient. You can customize it even further with the additional stems and small flowers stamps. Finish off your craft with a heart-warming sentiment!
You can use the big floral die for a quick and cute paper piece or use the smaller florals and branches and arrange the flowers however you want! You can use the die cuts on patterned paper for fast crafting or try them on Basic White cardstock and then experiment with different coloring techniques.
This bundle includes 5 masks that are meant to be layered, one by one, to create a special image. The masks are numbered 1–5 so you know which layer comes next. There are also notches in the masks to help with perfect alignment. Mix and match the ink colors you use for fun crafting each time!
What makes this technique special is that I am going to stamp directly onto designer series paper and then color the image! When you try this idea at home, choose a designer paper pattern that is quite subtle and a lighter color. My choice is from the Country Woods pack:
The wood designs in this paper are great for all crafting occasions. You can dress it up into something elegant, or dress it down for something shabby and chic.
And here's my card:
If you want to see how I applied the colors to the stamped image, watch the video below.
Supplies
Stamp set: Layers of beauty (bundle: 163519)
Ink: Old Olive, Wild Wheat, Blackberry Bliss, Moody Mauve, Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper and cutting dimensions: Country Woods: 4" x 5 1/4" Basic White: 1/4" x 3 1/4"; 4" x 5 1/4" Blackberry Bliss: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
Misc: Country Woods Designer Series Paper (163393); Baker's Twine Essentials Pack (155475); Sponge Daubers (133773); Mini Stampin' Dimensionals; Paper Snips Scissors; Purple Fine Shimmer Gems (162611)
If not, then now is the time! Today's technique uses the Shimmery White Embossing Paste, a product that I don't use often enough:
You can apply freehand (what we will be doing today) or spread over decorative masks, then let dry or heat set for easy texture. Here's a fun tip: you can dye this embossing paste with Classic Stampin’ Ink Refills!
To apply the embossing paste, use one of our Palette Knives.
You get 3 different shaped knives in the pack: 1 offset trowel, 1 offset diamond trowel, 1 scotty knife. For this project I used the widest one (the scotty knife).
For my card images and phrase I am using the Translucent Florals stamp set and dies:
These delicate petals add effortless beauty to any personal card or gift. Stamp the flowers and leaves together for a elegant centerpiece or create simple yet beautiful backgrounds by repeatedly stamping one design. With four sentiments to choose from, you’ll have just the right thing to say!
Here's my card and don't miss my video below showing you how to create this fun technique.
Supplies
Stamp set: Translucent Florals (162243)
Ink: Summer Splash; Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper and cutting dimensions: Basic White: 2 1/2" x 2"; 3 3/4" x 5"; 2 1/2" x 1/2"; 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" Basic Black: 4" x 5 1/4"; 2 3/4" x 3/4"
Today I have another fun fold idea to show you - this one is perfect to use as a gift bag card or on top of a small present. It looks complicated but is actually easy to make if you follow along on my video below.
For the focal piece inside my card I am going to use the Painted Lavender stamp set.
There are so many ways to use this set. Stamp a simple bunch of lavender as a focal point, or repeat the floral images to create a wildflower field as a background. The greenery bunch is designed to work with the flower tops in an organic way, without requiring precise placement. Plus, the clear stamps make it easy to quickly align the images when stamping the flowers and greenery in two different colors.
For my card, though, I am going to keep it very simple.
I also used the Perennial Lavender paper - so pretty, right!
For my phrase layer I am going to use the Deckled Circles Dies:
Every crafter needs some basic tools, and this is one of them! The Deckled Circle Dies quickly cut basic shapes with a twist—a deckled edge! You can cut several sizes in different colors and layer them to create a big colorful circle. Cut different sizes and scatter them on your card for a fun background. Cut in rainbow colors, then cut the circle in half for two rainbows. The list goes on and on and on. Tip: showing as low inventory in my online store!
Ready to see my card? Here it is!
Here's what you need to make this card at home.
