Here's what you need to bring beautiful florals to your cards

To make your blooms pop, try using the Zinnia embossing folder: 

The Flowering Zinnias Designer Series Paper will bring that pop of color to any paper craft! You can easily make card backgrounds from the greenery designs or fussy cut around one of the bright and beautiful zinnias. With flowers, stars, foliage, stripes, and more all bursting in beautifully bright tones, this paper will add vibrancy to all your cards, gift tags, paper banners, and other paper creations.

To get you started once your collection arrives, here are a few ideas:

 

 

 

Supplies (for the first card):

• Cardstock – Lemon Lolly (161720); Pumpkin Pie (105117); Basic White (159278); Garden Green (102584); Flowering Zinnias 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper
• Misc. – Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653); Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755); Silicone Craft Sheet (127853); Dimensionals (104430); Wanted To Say Dies (161594); Paper Snips Scissors (103579); Adhesive Sheets (152334)

Measurements: 

• Lemon Lolly base card: 5 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
• Pumpkin Pie: 3 ¼” x 5 ½”
• DSP: 3” x 5 ½” for the front of the card plus DSP for the flowers (fussy cut)
• Basic White, Garden Green and Adhesive Sheet: 2” x 3 ½”  

Instructions:

1. Adhere DSP to the Pumpkin Pie.
2. Adhere this piece to the base card.
3. Choose a flower, fussy cut and adhere to the base card with Dimensionals.
4. Adhere the Adhesive Sheet to the Garden Green cardstock.
5. Die cut Happy Birthday using the dies, the larger one on white, the smaller one on Garden Green. Gently peel off the adhesive sheet and adhere to the white.
6. Adhere this sentiment to the base card with Multipurpose Glue.
