Do you want to try this unusual sketch challenge?

You just never know what you will come up with until you try. That's my motto! So when I saw this week's Paper Craft Crew sketch challenge:

I thought to myself - well, just give it a try! 

I did know one thing right away. I didn't want to create my next card using the Flight & Airy designer series paper. It's not that I don't LOVE this paper, because I do. It's just that I have been using it a lot lately and wanted to do something different for a change. 

I really like the Notes of Nature bundle and decided I would use that for my card: 

There are so many ways to use this bundle: leaves and teeny flowers, a page from a field journal, and images to add stamped texture. And the corresponding Nature's Sweetness designer series paper would make my sketch a breeze to create:

Those 2 elements though - hmmm. What could I use? I don't have that kind of die or punch lying around. Then I realized I don't have to use that shape, I could replace it with two like elements instead. 

So I did!
