To add visual interest to my card base I added an embossed layer using the Basics 3D Embossing Folders:
The three embossing folders in this pack have basic designs that complement any project. Choose from flowers, hobnail-glass dots, and crosshatch designs. Tip: use a whole embossed piece of cardstock as a card background (which I did on today's card) or cut small pieces to use as accents.
The main accents for my card were created using the Meadow Dies:
Mix and match the different pieces like I did to get the right look for your creation.
In the video below I show you, step by step, how to create my card:
Here's what you need to make my card at home.

I do crafts often. However, I say I'm a not so serious crafter. But I go to vendor fairs where my friend set's up. And I usually participate in fall and Christmas vendor fairs. I really enjoy making pizza pan hangys and signs also small things like keychains.
Thank you bunches for sharing this tutorial with Sweet Tea & Friends this month dear friend.

Hi Marie, I can understand why your daughter requested stamps. It is so good for the soul to craft! If you ever need gift ideas, let me know.

Hi Paula, if you don't do crafts that often it is understandable that you might be hard on yourself. That's why I have my blog and YouTube channel so you can copy my tutorials and make beautiful cards. If it makes you feel good, then do it!

Well, this is really different, and I wish I could get out to the store to get this kind of stuff & try it myself. :( But alas, I cannot! I'm disabled for one & I haven't drove in a long time, but I'm happy looking at what you can do! Wow, simply fantastic! You go girl & have a great day!

Terri, I appreciate seeing this easy way to soften cards. I've been thinking about beginning card making, but I'm still weary. I do craft, but I'm always so hard on myself.
Visiting today from SSPS 272 #137&138.
