Today I have such a cute card to share with you - one for the lil pirates (or mermaids) in your life! The card uses the Pirates & Mermaids stamp set and shows you a super fun technique as well.
This Pirates & Mermaids set will make you want to say, "Ahoy, matey!" to all the little ones in your life. A lovable pirate and sweet mermaid make perfect greetings for multiple occasions. Use them to create your own handcrafted cards, party invitations, gift tags, and more. The open line art design allows you to use your favorite Stampin' Up! products to color the images any way you want.
Have you heard of the Wiper card technique? If not, see how cool it is!

- Make a mark about 7/8” along the bottom of the Folding mechanism and fold cardstock on a diagonal. Adhere wiper mechanism to the back side of the 2nd panel as shown in image. (Black marker was added to show positioning of the wiper mechanism fold). Long end is parallel with the long side of Poppy Parade Strip. (Diagonal fold is the only portion of the mechanism that gets glued to the panel – I used Tear & Tape).
- Adhere Window Sheet to the long side of the wiper mechanism positioning window sheet so the pop-ups don’t occlude the main image.
