Hi fellow crafters! In the past few weeks I have shared several different fun fold ideas and I hope that you are having lots of creative fun trying them out. In today's video I am going to show you how to take one of those fun fold ideas and turn it into a gift card holder. My project will be a birthday card idea using the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set, Beautifully Penned designer series paper and Pierced Blooms dies.
The Sweet Ice Cream set includes ice cream cones, sprinkles, birthday greetings, sweet sentiments, and more, that will make everyone's heart melt. Perfect for today's project.
I love the Pierced Blooms dies because you are able to die cut flowers in several sizes, complete with stitching details, plus the leaves and centres to go with them. Try them on handmade cards, scrapbook pages, and other paper crafts. I used these dies to create colorful elements for my card.
For my gift card idea I am going to pair the Pierced Blooms dies with the Beautifully Penned designer paper which you can earn for FREE but only until the end of this month. Click here to read more about Stampin' Up!s Sale-a-Bration promotion if you want to learn how you can earn the Beautifully Penned paper for free.
This paper has a watercolor look in various black tones, making it easy to use with any color or any style for your projects. Its neutral tones and designs also allow you to explore coloring techniques with Stampin' Blends, Water Painters, and more.
Tip: click on any of the product photos above to order them at my online store!
