In today's video tutorial, I am going to show you yet another Mother's Day card idea, this time using the Honey Bee bundle. This card has a fun twist to its layout and anyone who gets this card in the mail will get a nice surprise.
I am so sad that the Honey Bee bundle is going to retire on 2 June (or before if supplies run out!). I have had a lot of fun crafting with it:
I also know that the Mosaic Mood designer series paper is also retiring. Hint: ALL designer paper in the Annual Catalog retires at the end of that catalog year.
I feel that this year I have done well to use up most of my designer paper stash so that there is no guilt when the next catalog goes live and I am loving the new papers there! As a demonstrator we have already had a sneak peek at the new catalog and get to pre-order some products soon.
Here's my card - I hope you will give this layout a try soon. It's fun and easy and creates a fun 'wow' factor. The video below walks you through it all and provides some bonus tips along the way.
Paper and cutting dimensions: Crushed Curry: 5 1/2" x 4 1/2"; 3" x 10" Golden Honey (retired): 4" x 2 1/4"; 1/2" x 2 3/4"; 2 3/4" x 9 3/4" Mosaic Mood: 4" x 3" Whisper White: 3" x 2 1/2"; 4" x 1 1/4"
Here's my video - make sure you watch for those bonus tips!

Hi Ann! Thanks so much for leaving a comment. This card was so much fun to make and the best part (in my mind) is that this layout idea can work for so many other occasions too. I will be back next week with another project to share.
Thanks Joanne. It is one of my favorite paper packs of 2020. I have a lot of it left over now that the catalog has retired so plan in making good use of it soon! Thanks for the pin!

I really like the patterned paper you picked to go with this set; it works perfectly together! Pinned.
