Today's Paper Craft Crew card map challenge is an easy one and I am going to show a super easy card that I created using this map.
First the map: pretty straightforward, right?
I did spend some time trying to figure out that cardboard-looking layer. And then I remembered that I had this product on hand:
The photo of the Magnolia Lane Memories & More card pack just doesn't do it justice. This card pack features beautiful floral images, and you get some other fun products as part of the pack.
* 50 total double-sided cards (2 each of 25 designs)
* 6 4" x 6" (10.2 x 15.2 cm) single-sided printed vellum specialty cards
* Great for scrapbooking and cardmaking
The coordinating colors are: Basic Black, Early Espresso, Garden Green, Mint Macaron, Mossy Meadow, Petal Pink, So Saffron, Soft Sea Foam, Whisper White
So for my card below, I took one of the double-sided cards, trimmed it down a bit using my paper trimmer and then used it as a layer.
Then I got a second fun idea: I would use one of the 3" x 4" cards in the same card pack as my top layer and wrapped some Magnolia Lane ribbon (found in the same product suite, page 37 Annual Catalog) around that card to finish it all off!
