And I don't mean masks to cover your mouth! (sorry, my humor is a bit off this week)
In today's video I am going to show you how to create a really pretty birthday card idea using the Pattern Party Decorative Masks.
I was cleaning out and organizing my crafting closet this week and came across some products I had forgotten I had (eek). That quickly ended my organizing because I immediately wanted to craft with them. Here's what I found:
I haven't played with the Pattern Party Decorative Masks for a very long time so I thought I would grab my Stamping Sponges, some ink pads and a mask to see what I could create. You will see below in the list of supplies that I used that I suggest washi tape for this project - watch the video below to see how to use washi tape to protect your project and mask and keep your mask from slipping.
And the daisy punches! I hardly use punches anymore and I had forgotten how easy and quick they are to use. I see many more ideas using punches in my near future so stay tuned.
Pattern Party Decorative Masks
Stamp sets: Label Me Bold (151631), Daisy Lane (149325)

Have you taken time to organize/clean your crafting space? Give it a try - you just never know what you might find to boost your crafting fun in the coming weeks. And let me know what other videos you'd like to see; if I have those products I will make a video just for you.

Thanks Michelle. I love how the card turned out and want to use my masks again soon!
Hi Joanne, I hope you will give my idea a try. I didn't admit it but when cleaning I found a second set of masks - a much older pack that I also forgot I had. Eeek.
I don't think I've ever used my masking sets either; I bought them and then really wasn't sure what to do with them. Thanks so much for this wonderful tutorial. I always cut my sponge in 4th too. I think it makes it easier to hold too. I am sure your card was a wonderful birthday surprise! Pinned!

Thanks Michelle. I love how the card turned out and want to use my masks again soon!
