In today's video I am going to show you how to take the Golden Honey specialty paper and use it to create a card for a variety of occasions. This technique is simple but very eye-catching and you can adapt it using your favorite colors and matching paper.
Did you know you can earn the Golden Honey paper pack for FREE with a $50 (€60) product order? To learn all about Stampin' Up! biggest promotion of the year, click here - you can also download the Sale-a-Bration catalog for free.
I have always loved to learn stamping techniques and this one is super easy which is even better. From the moment I spotted the Golden Honey paper in the Sale-a-Bration catalog I knew I had to have it. And once it arrived and I saw this one particular design I immediately thought of this technique and wanted to share it with you.
Watch my video under my card details so see all the patterns in this paper pack. You just might fall in love too!
There are many ways to color this designer paper so if you don't have Stampin' Blends yet, try:
ink pads and blender pens
ink pads and sponge daubers (this will give a completely different effect)
Stampin' Write Markers

HI Pam! You made my day and pinpointed my goal - to inspire others to express their creativity and to help make a difference in their lives. I hope you get back into paper crafting at some point - it is so good for the soul.
What a pretty card! I love the idea of coloring the flowers in your own colors. I also am a huge fan of the subtle effects from the VersaMark. I haven't stamped in a while, but you have inspired me.
