Introducing the From My Heart suite on pages 8-10 in the Mini Catalog. One bundle (with a punch pack!), specialty designer series paper; ribbon; faceted gems; doilies and foil tins - yes tins for baking!

There are only two colors in this suite, besides Whisper White: Real Red and Flirty Flamingo. This makes the suite very cost effective as three packs of paper and two ink pads are all you need for lovely Valentines, Wedding, Friendship or Love card ideas. 

I think the most unique part of this suite are the Heart Foil tins, which are heart-shaped baking tins for treats. The can be lined or topped with the coordinating Heart Doilies. In one pack you get 10 tins with 10 clear lids - how fun is that! 

You can expect to see a project soon using these tins but for today I have a super cute friendship card idea using some of the From My Heart suite.

Heartfelt Friendship card

Here's how to make this card: 

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets – Heartfelt (151417)

Measurements:  

• Real Red Card Stock: 4 ¼” x 11”                 4” x 2 ¾“        3” x 3” scrap for heart
• Whisper White Card Stock: 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” 4” x 2 ¾"        3” x 3’ scrap for stamping
• Designer Series Paper: 4” x 5 ¼“
• Ribbon: two strips of ~4 ¾“   one strip of ~5” for bow      

           

Instructions:

1. Score the long piece of Real Red card stock at 5 ½” fold and burnish to form card base.
2. Layer the 4” x 2 ¾” layer of white card stock onto the designer paper, about 2/3 toward the top of the card.
3. Wrap the top and the bottom of the white layer with ribbon. Adhere the ribbon with Tear & Tape adhesive on the front, and glue the ends of the ribbon to the back of the designer paper.
4. Glue the layer of designer paper to the white 4 1/8“ x 5 3/8“ layer.
5. Tie a bow with the 5” length of ribbon. Trim the ends, and adhere to the center of the bottom row of ribbon with a Mini Glue dot.
6. Stamp the sentiment in red ink onto a scrap of white card stock, then stamp the heart shape, centering the sentient inside the heart. Cut out with the small, straight-edge punch.
7. Use the large, scalloped edge punch to cut a heart from the red card stock scrap. Glue to the white stamped heart.
8. Adhere the hearts to the white layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals, centering between the ribbons and the edges.
9. Select ~7 faceted gems. Dip each in glue and adhere on each side of the stamped heart. (Either craft or regular tweezers work well for this).
10. Glue card layers to card base.
