Learn how to make fabulous 3D flowers

Today I am going to share a fabulous technique to create gorgeous 3D flowers! 

Here's what you need to have ready:

Hot Air Balloon Punch

The Hot Air Balloon punch is found on page 188 in the Annual Catalog. This punch is bundled with the Above the Clouds stamp set but it doesn't have to be (wink wink).

Next you need the Good Morning Magnolia bundle, the stamp set and the framelits, page 37 in the Annual Catalog:
