What do a frog, a giraffe, a koala bear, a bird, a kangaroo and a rhino all have in common? The answer's obvious: they're all in the Animal Outing stamp set! And today I have a cute baby card idea that you can create that will frame one if the images in this set - literally.
I think that the new Rectangular Stitched framelits dies will have so many uses, one of them being as frames on card fronts. Right now they come in this cool bundle but in the next Annual Catalog (goes live June 4th) you can purchase them separately.
When I think of baby cards, there are two ways to go: 1. soft muted colors like the Subtles collection (pinks, blues, greens, purples, yellows) or 2. Brights, which have deeper tones: blues, yellows, greens and oranges. It depends on my mood when crafting or if I know the preference of the mom to be and I want to match that.
Or sometimes you just want to be crazy and create a bright, colorful and happy card! Why not give this idea a try? Grab your framelits, and Stampin' Blends and create a fun way to frame a super cute baby card. Here's the great news! The Animal Outing set is also coming back in the Annual Catalog!
I love the idea of stamping directly onto the Gingham Gala paper, give it a try and see if you like it too!
