I love my Stampin' Blends. They are perfect to color with - no streaks, no mess - everything I color looks perfect. Stampin' Up! introduced this new color product a short while ago along with a stamp set that is a perfect match.

Today I have a creative technique for you to try - using your Stampin' Blends. First I will share the card and then you can read on underneath for a list of supplies and how to do the technique.

Supplies:

Stamp Sets: Lovely Inside & Out Bundle [w-145323, C-145324]
Card stock & paper: 8-1/2" X 11" Glossy White Cardstock [144240], Basic Black 8-1/2" X 11" Card Stock [121045], Whisper White 8-1/2" X 11" Card Stock [100730], Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper [135315]
Stampin’ Pad: Tuxedo Black Memento Pad (132708)
Miscellaneous: Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blends Markers Combo Pack [144599], Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends Markers Combo Pack [144598], Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blends Markers Combo Pack [144602], Bermuda Bay Stampin' Blends Markers Combo Pack [144600], Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends Markers Combo Pack [144603], Iridescent Sequin Assortment [144212], Big Shot [143263], Fine-Tip Glue Pen [138309]

Measurements:

Whisper White: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4
Glossy White: 5 1/2 x 2 1/4
Basic Black: 5 1/2 x 2 1/2

Instructions:

Color on Glossy card stock with various colors of the Stampin’ Blends.
Drip 5-10 drops rubbing alcohol onto colored Glossy card stock and let dry. Repeat.
Attach Glossy card stock to Basic Black layer and attach to card front.
Using thinlets cut out “Friends” with Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper and attach to Glossy card stock
Stamp sentiment with Momento ink
Using the Fine Tip Glue attach a few sequins.
