Who needs a remarkable birthday card idea?

Next week is my nephew's birthday and so of course I wanted to make him a special birthday card! I immediately thought of my Cool Treats stamp set for its youthful appeal and fun images. 

I got the idea for the background cone images from a card I spotted on Pinterest. Once that was created using Sahara Sand, the rest of the card was quick and easy to make!
