How to say thank you to an amazing hostess

Today's thank you card and video tutorial features the Here's to Cheers bundle (stamp set and Cheerful Tags thinlits) - a bundle that is going to be available after the Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog retires!

And I am excited that the Layering Circles framelits are on sale this week!!!
