Here's what I used to make my card - I have included a list of supplies and paper cutting measurements below, along with a video tutorial.

Ink: Crumb Cake, Real Red
Paper and cutting dimensions:
Real Red: 11 x 4 1/4"; 3" square
Whisper White: 2 14/" square; 2 x 3" (for stocking); scrap for bow
Candy Cane Lane designer series paper (141981) : 4 x 5 1/4"; 2 1/2 x 3 1/2"; 2 x 3 1/2"
Early Espresso: 1 1/4 x 1/2"
Accessories: Big Shot, Stitched Shapes framelits (145372), Stampin' Dimensionals, SNAIL adhesive, Fine Tip Glue pen, Silicone sheet
