Tomorrow (3/29) is National Mom and Pop Business Owners Day; I am proud to be a Mom business owner and have been for over 13 years now!
Here are three reasons why it is important to support small businesses:
1. Small businesses employ more than 56 million workers and create two out of every three new jobs in America. Since January 2016, SIX new team members have joined my team and started their own mom businesses! Everyone joins Stampin' Up! for their own reasons; for me, I needed to support my son as a single parent and didn't want to be away from home while earning extra income.
2. Small business owners infuse passion and customer focus in a way that big business can't! As Stampin' Up! demonstrators, we can tailor classes, samples, clubs and much more to meet YOUR needs. We provide advice and suggestions to make your stamping experience the best it can be. We love what we do and it shows!
3. You know the people behind the product! I always say: When you purchase from me you get me to go along with your product. I will always be here to answer your questions and support your crafting needs. Can you say that about a big box store?
