Celebrate someone special with balloons

Birthdays are so much fun to celebrate - especially when you can make a special card for a special someone. This year was a BIG birthday for me and my Stampin' Up! team made it a very special event. And it was fun to learn that Stampin' Up! created a bringing birthdays back' campaign that has gone viral! (see stamp set image below)
