I love sparkle on my cards and the Dazzling Diamonds glimmer paper has always been one of my favorite go-to products when I want that effect. Today's card uses an unusual Valentine color - Wisteria Wonder - but when combined with the new Bloomin' Hearts bundle (pg 16 Occasions Catalog), the result is beautiful. This is the perfect card to send to a friend:

Measurements:
5-1/2” x 8-1/2” Lost Lagoon Card Base
3-7/8” x 5-1/8” Whisper White
3-3/4” x 5” Wisteria Wonder
Instructions:
1. Die-cut the Bloomin’ Heart from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper using the Big Shot with the Precision Base Plate. Run it through 2-3 times.
2. Use the Big Shot Die-Brush to remove all the pieces from the die more easily.
3. Adhere the die-cut heart with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen onto the Wisteria Wonder layer.
4. Stamp the sentiment in Elegant Eggplant near the bottom of the heart.
5. Adhere to the Whisper White layer, then wrap the White Stitched Satin Ribbon around the layer, tie into a double-knot and trim. Mount on the card base with Dimensionals.
6. Stamp the solid small & large Bloomin’ Love images in Lost Lagoon, Rich Razzleberry and Elegant Eggplant onto Whisper White card stock. Die-cut with Bloomin’ Heart dies.
7. Adhere the flower onto the heart with Dimensionals.
8. Add Rhinestone Jewels to each flower center.
