I am loving the Lotus Blossom stamp set that I earned for free through Sale-a-bration this year! It is the perfect stamp set for the two-step stamping technique. What is two-step stamping? I'd be happy to teach you this technique and many others with my Techniques Online Club!

Here's a recent card I created using Lotus Blossom:
This was a fun card to create using my ink pads and Something Borrowed designer series paper. Easy to create but oh, so cute!
Want to earn Lotus Blossom (#139143) for free? Place a $50 product order at my Online Store and choose this beautiful set as your free choice - only until March 31, 2015!
I am delighted to introduce Stampin' Up!s latest (and oh so cute!) Photopolymer stamp set: Lovely, Amazing You!
Here's what the designer had to say:
I’m a note-writer, a gift-giver, and an all-around big softy. I love to leave little notes, treats, and gifts for those I care about. I enjoy doing things to show I care. (I honestly need to make time to do this more often.) It’s the relationships we share that make life interesting and rewarding. This is what inspired our new stamp set, Lovely, Amazing You (item #140594) $14.95 US.
What are the reasons you give cards, treats, gifts? For me, it’s to thank someone, to wish them well on a special occasion, or often just to say, “Hey, I’m thinking of you.”
Here are some ways to show your love, admiration, and appreciation. Let people know that you care, that you think they’re amazing, and that you might even love them more than chocolate.
And speaking of chocolate, here's just one fun idea for this new stamp set:
Today I have several different card ideas for you to try, using Sheltering Tree and the Stacked with Love paper stack for each and every one! Following the photos I have complete instructions so you can make these at home too:
Supplies:
Stamp Set–Sheltering Tree #137163
Card Stock & Paper– Smoky Slate #131202, Whisper White #100730, Basic Black #121045, Stacked with Love Designer Series Paper Stack #137779 (available until 3/31/2015), Red Glimmer Paper #121790
Stamp Pads- Memento Tuxedo Black #132708, Real Red #126949, Smoky Slate #131179
Smoky Slate Card Base - 5 ½” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼” OR 4 ¼” x 11”, scored at 5 ½”
Whisper White piece – 3 ½” x 4 ½”
Basic Black or Real Red piece – 3 ¾” x 4 ¾”
Stacked with Love Designer Series Paper Stack piece – 5 ¼” x 4”
Instructions:
Stamp tree with Tuxedo Black ink above center (leaving room for the grey and red below) then stamp Smoky Slate ground taking care to not have your tree floating – stamp the grey piece so it overlaps a tiny bit at the bottom of the tree.
Stamp Real Red sentiment beneath gray ground.
Punch Red Glimmer Paper with Confetti Heart Border Punch saving all the little hearts (there are 3 sizes)
Using the narrow tip of the Multipurpose Liquid Glue, adhere hearts randomly using all 3 sizes. Let dry.
Adhere Designer Series Paper piece to card base.
Adhere Whisper White focal point piece to either Real Red or Basic Black piece (so you have the opposite of whatever Designer Series Paper you’ll be putting it on top of) using SNAIL.
Cut one doily in ½ and adhere each half to back of red or black using Glue Stick. Be quick so that if they’re not even on the front, you can gently shift them.
Put 4-5 Dimensionals on the back of the focal point/doily piece and adhere to the base piece.
Now, address it and mail it and make someone’s day!

A while back I shared with you that I am a design member of the Paper Craft Crew and each week a Card Map challenge is posted for the design members to use.
This week's map was a bit of a challenge for me as it looked easier than it was! Here's the map:
I decided on a little twist to the map in order to create a card my way. I used Perfect Pennantsbecause it is such a fun set to create with - each image is so unique that none of the cards I have made using Perfect Pennants have looked the same. And the paper on this card is the Moonlight Paper Stack:
And now it is your turn - what can you create using this card map? I'd love to see it so send me the link or email me a photo of your card when it's done (use Paper Craft Crew challenge in the subject line). And if you want to order Perfect Pennants or the Moonlight Paper Stack, click on the photo below to hop on over to my Online Store!
