Love Is Kindness, simple yet beautiful

The Love Is Kindness stamp set is so simple in nature but makes such beautiful cards - like this one:

 

 

And here's how you make it:

 

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets: Love is Kindness #137131 
• Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black Pad #132708, Versamark #102283
• Paper: Crumb Cake cardstock #21685, Very Vanilla cardstock #106550, Whisper White (scrap)
• Other: Typeset Specialty DSP #133704, Sahara Sand Lace Trim #137866, Rich Razzleberry Blendabilities # 131003, Old Olive Blendabilities #130999, Old Olive Taffeta Ribbon #119256

 

Measurement: 

• Crumb Cake card base 21cm x 14.5cm (scored at 10.5cm and folded) 
• Vanilla 5cm x 10.5cm
• Typeset DSP 5cm x 10cm
• Sahara Sand Lace Trim 10 cm
• Old Olive Taffeta Ribbon 10 cm

 

Instructions: 

 

1. Stamp the top of the flower image in Versamark ink around the edges of the card front. 
2. Stamp flower image (omitting sentiment) in Memento ink onto Vanilla panel. Position the image close to the bottom of the panel, to allow room for the tag topper punch. Optional: The Stamp-a-ma-jig will come in handy for perfect positioning of this wood-mount stamp. 
3. Colour flowers and stems with Blendabilities.  Punch top of tag with Scalloped Tag Topper punch. 
4. Stamp the newspaper part of the image in Memento Black on scrap of Whisper White. Trim close to the black line with paper snips, and adhere with Dimensionals over the newspaper on the tag. 
5. Flag the ends of the Typeset panel. Sponge edges of both the Typeset panel and Vanilla tag with Crumb Cake ink. Adhere the two tags and the length of Sahara Sand lace trim together as shown.
6. Adhere complete tag to base card. Create a bow with Old Olive ribbon and attach with a glue dot.
