I had such a great World Card Making Day this month. I took the train to Amsterdam to help a friend put together her wedding invitations. She is not a stamper (but is now!) but she really wanted to create her invite to make it meaningful to her and her fiancee, both originally from South Africa. So we used My Digital Studio for our design.
First we cut all the layers and got them ready to assemble:
We designed the invite using My Digital Studio, printed them out onto Crumb Cake cardstock and then layer them onto Crushed Curry and Night of Navy cardstock.
Both the bride and groom to be helped out here which meant a lot of great conversation and laughs along the way.
One layer on the invites came from this book, written in Afrikaans, that talks about all the special places this couple cherish in South Africa.
If you have a special event coming up in your life consider My Digital Studio for part of your creations - you can design the words, images and embellishments as you want them to be. Click here to learn more about My Digital Studio.
