It appears I am on a Happy Hour kick with this next card and it's 3 Cheers to Youphrase, lol. This was a fun card to create using my Blackberry Bliss, Hello Honey and Tangelo Twist In Color markers!
I bet you might be wondering where that phrase die-cut layer came from - it's the Project Life Cards & Labels framelits dies! And to create the lined borders I used my Simply Scored tool - it is the one tool I have missed the most in the Netherlands and will be in my carry-on when I return there next month!
