Perfect Pennants

I love to see unusual layouts and this weekend I saw a layout that I wanted to try using some Retro Fresh designer series paper as the focus. After all, the Retro Fresh paper will be retiring at the end of this month as will all the other designer series papers in the Annual Catalog. So I created this Perfect Pennants card.

Perfect Pennants

I created the arrow using the Label Card Thinlits and added the heart using the small heart punch. The card was very easy to create but is really cute, right?
