Peaceful Season Card

I have learned that simplicity in card making can be just as powerful as layers and embellishments galore. Here's a card, designed by the talented artists at Stampin' Up, that really caught my eye. Stamps Bells & Boughs Set Peaceful Season Set Paper Very Vanilla Card Stock Watercolor Paper Ink Always Artichoke Classic Stampin' Pad Cherry Cobbler Classic Stampin' Pad Old Olive Classic Stampin' Pad Pear Pizzazz Classic Stampin' Pad Jet Black StazOn Pad Accessories & Tools Dazzling Diamonds Stampin' Glitter Rhinestone Basic Jewels Aqua Painter Mat Pack Paper-Piercing Tool Big Shot Tasteful Trim Bigz XL Die

Instructions

1. Stamp sentiment in Old Olive ink on Very Vanilla card.
2. Pierce row of holes under sentiment using Paper-Piercing Tool and Mat Pack.
3. Cut trim from Very Vanilla Textured Card Stock using Big Shot and Tasteful Trim Bigz XL Die. Adhere Rhinestone Basic Jewels to trim, and adhere trim to card.
4. Stamp holly in Jet Black ink on Watercolor Paper.
5. Watercolor holly using Aqua Painter and Old Olive, Pear Pizzazz, and Cherry Cobbler ink.
6. Adhere glitter to holly berries, and adhere holly to card.
