Sunday was the first day of Spring and I really wanted to make a card to honor Summer. But it was also Father's Day and since that day only comes once a year and Summer is a season of many wonderful days, I decided that Father's Day won out. Then yesterday I had to post my Sundays with Sizzix.
So today is the day! I challenge you to create a Summer card to celebrate the season. Here's mine:

What's that?
You don't recognize one of those colors? Well then, let me introduce you to one more In Color: Crushed Curry! (Don't you wish you got to name the new In Colors each year? I do!) And I bet you don't recognize that stamp set either. It is a brand new Level 3 hostess set, called Kind & Caring Thoughts. And the designer series paper layer is also brand new - Razzleberry Lemonade (how cute is that name!).
This card was a breeze to make because the In Colors come in Markers this year! I am beside myself on that one. I even took the markers to my Card Club meeting at Mo's place in June to show everyone!
I am off to make more Kind & Caring Thoughts cards because this stamp set is the best and I want to have lots of samples to show you at my New Catalog Open House!
