This week's Paper Craft Crew challenge is a tic-tac-toe map. Which unique line challenge would you choose?
I had to do some serious thinking about my line. I don't have any spooky sets or elements, so that eliminated three possibilities. I am not a big fan of fancy folds, especially when I wouldn't be making a video to show you how I did it. So that eliminated three more possibilities. I do love embossing paste but just wasn't in the mood - do you also get like that when you craft?
In the end I chose:
- add a little sparkle
I decided right away to use my Best Birds set and Birds & Blooms thinlits. I originally diecut both birds from this set but due to room restrictions on the card front I ended up using only one bird.
I colored all the elements using my Stampin' Blends (I am so in love with these markers!): Mango Melody, Crumb Cake, Old Olive and Highland Heather.
I added the background stamp to add a bit of texture and interest to the Crumb Cake layer.
And after my card was assembled I added three yellow Share What You Love Artisan Pearls (146927). I love embellishments - they take a card to the next level of look and feel, don't they?
Here's my challenge card:
Now it's your turn - which line will you choose: vertically, horizontal or diagonal? And what theme will you choose: fall; Halloween; Christmas?
Have some fun crafting and see what you create then share it with me or over not the Paper Craft Crew website.
