A conundrum. What to do when a card map has a heart shape and I didn't bring any heart dies with me? That's the challenge that faced me with this week's Paper Craft Crew map.
I stewed over this for a bit and then realized that the heart was really just a place holder for some kind of shape!
I have the Stitched Shapes framelits dies close at hand and so made the decision to replace the heart with an oval. Last week I shared a Facebook Live video of some new catalog products and I promised to make a few cards using the new Love What You Do stamp set. To see this set and all its cool images, click here.
Another issue was that I didn't have my Banners framelits with me either so instead of a long banner I had cut a shorter one for the phrase that I wanted to use - from the Rose Wonder stamp set; I love the phrases in this set!
I created the leaves using the Sweet Cake framelits die (Occasions catalog). And the rest just fell into place:
Love What You Do thank you
Do you love the new In Color called Blueberry Bushel? I love it so much that I created a small smear on the left side of the card base when coloring the flowers with my blender pen. So I covered it up using a thin strip of Old Olive card stock. (wink)
Now it's your turn - we challenge you to see what you create using our card map this week. If you want to see what the other crew members created too, click here!
