Last night my Techniques Club had their October meeting and I was so excited to feature Shimmer Paint on their projects. Shimmer Paint comes in three colors: Champagne Mist, Frost White and Platinum. Champagne Mist and Frost White are translucent – you can wash them over your project and you'll get a delicate layer of shine that's more understated than glitter. The Platinum is opaque – it will cover your surface completely.
One of the cards the Techniques Club made featured Delightful Decorations ## 116517 and Four the Holidays #116921. These stamp sets, along with the shimmer paint and Silver Elastic cord are found in the Holiday Mini catalog.
