Stampin' Up! demonstrators can also volunteer to go to their local Ronald McDonald House once a month to make cards with the families who reside there. I started volunteering at the Chapel Hill Ronald McDonald House almost two years ago. It is my chance to give back to the community and to say 'thanks' for the opportunity to be a successful Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I really enjoy these visits and hopefully have brought a little fun distraction to the great families I have met.
Would you like to support RMHC? Please let me know if you have children's books or toys you would like to donate and I am happy to take them along with me. I have also heard the house is always in need to decorated note pads for their residents to use, a project I am happy to organize for your and your friends!
